After doing more tests I have concluded that I have to find a better way to break the bond in the water in order to produce hydrogen.  So far, I have determined that to generate more hydrogen, you must have more electricity.  Depending on how much Potassium Hydroxide I want to use in my solution I can push more amps through and therefore generate more hydrogen.  However, this is completely inefficient.  For this to work we have to be able to release the hydrogen with less amperages.

I have read someone stating that creating a frequency through the water at waters natural frequency will cause the hydrogen to break more easily so that is my next experiment.
